{Senior} Rep FAQ

What schools do you need senior reps for? We're looking for a variety of schools, but only a specific number of girls will be selected per school.

Do I need to be a junior or can I be a senior to apply? You can apply as both.

When do you start accepting applications for next year? We will send out IG, Twitter & Facebook blasts when we're accepting applications. Please make sure you receive notifications from us for more information & to make sure you can put your application in, in time.

What are you looking for in a senior rep? We are looking for fabulous, outgoing, amazingly awesome girls & guys to represent our brand. You must be a part of social media & excited to spread the news about us!

Are you accepting guys and gals to be a senior rep? Yes we are. Guys need some loving too!!!

Is there a specific type of personality or hobby/interest that you are looking for your senior rep to have? We have a ton of things that we take into consideration. But most importantly, we're looking for guys & gals that are respectful & a great example to their schools, parents and themselves.

What are my job duties and responsibilities as a senior rep? Besides being awesome!!!! Your job is to tell all your friends why it's so awesome being a rep for us.

Am I required to attend any events/workshops/community events? We will require that you attend at least 2 events that we're having throughout the year. We will have photoshoots for boutiques, game night, & exclusive events for reps only.

How do I apply to be a senior rep? Once applications are opened, we will email you the password to our VIP section! Apply as soon as possible before applications close.

When will I find out if I have been selected as a senior rep? It takes time to read through everyone's application, but we promise to let you know as soon as we're done who has been selected

What will I receive in exchange for representing your studio? You will not only receive amazing products, but the ENP experience & friendships that will last a lifetime.

If I’m selected, when will my session take place? We will schedule each representatives session accordingly. Make sure you watch out for your email/acceptance letter.

Will this be an individual or a group session with other senior reps? There will be both type of sessions. We will do a group session and then also your own personalized senior session.

Do I have any say over where that session is located or what I wear? We LOVEEE ideas and would love to work with you to customize your session. {{travel fees may apply depending on distance}}

What products will I receive as a senior rep? We have an amazing amount of collections for you to choose from. From Customized albums to heirloom keepsake boxes, you won't be disappointed.

When will I receive my products? 2-4 weeks after your session

What do I need to bring? We will be working with you from beginning to end to customize your session. Oh, and we work with a fabulous boutique Viva Boutique of Concord just in case you get stuck with selections.

What should I do to prepare for the session? Our Senior Magazine will answer most or all of your questions. You'll receive this if you're selected.

Who all should come to the shoot? Can I bring a friend/family member? You can bring your parents and one friend. Unfortunately cell phones are not allowed during your session.

Will these images be posted online or any social networks? Any images that you chose at your Premier Reveal Session, will be posted for your friends and family to see on our social sites.

Should I go tanning before my session? It is recommended not to tan, wax or do anything drastic within 1 week of your shoot. Please see our Senior Magazine for more information.

How many photos do you typically take during the session? Depending on which session you choose, your session can range from 1-3 hours and you will see 25-40 completed images.

How many photos will I receive? See Above

Do you offer professional retouching? YES! We retouch every image and will not show any images that we are not 100% pleased with.

How long does it take to get the photos back? Your print order can take 2-4 weeks to return.

Do you provide styling tips? YES!!!! Our magazine is full of styling tips. Our Fashion coordinator is amazing with styling and will have you looking your very best.

Do you provide the props that are in the photos or do I need to bring my own? BOTH {{SEE MAGAZINE FOR MORE INFORMATION}}

Do you have a hair/makeup artist that I need to use or do I need to provide that myself? The ENP Experience allows you to do absolutely NOTHING. We take care of hair, makeup and styling assistance. It's your day, your year, your session!

Is there an additional cost to use your hair/makeup artist? No, it's all in your Session Fee.

Do you have any samples of your senior rep sessions? Yes!!! There are tons of senior sessions HERE on the blog.

Can I order more prints/products later? After your premier ordering session, if you would like to order more products, we would love to sit down with you and discuss future orders.

How do you accept payment and when is it due? Payment is due at your Premier Reveal Session. We accept, Visa, Mastercard & Money Orders.
