One of the best things being a momtographer (as my daughter says) is that I never get to miss a moment in my children’s life. I never get to NOT document their achievements, accomplishments, goals and aspirations and fun times.

I’d say, this is one of the BAM moments in our lives. In a bout 5 weeks, this photographer | mother is going to be a GRANDMOTHER!!!!

I never knew that being a mom would be so rewarding, but I am so thankful and honored that God chose me to be my children’s mother. I may not know all the answers, but I can tell you that I try my hardest to raise them with the most integrity and love.

When my late husband passed away after 4.5 months of marriage, my world took a brief hold in my mind. Everything stood still and I was just in shock. NOW…my grandson will be named after his Gpa Stephen and that’s one of the most awesome gifts ever.

My daughter Chynjah is an amazing makeup artist (you can see her work here) and big Sissi, so I know that her son Oakley will have the most amazing mother ever.

We decided to do a Rustic Maternity shoot at a waterfall in Belton, TX ~ because we couldn't find any inspiration on Pinterest. We decided to BE the inspiration. We LOVE Rustic themes too lol.
