A lot of people asked me why did I change my style, and to be honest I don't think I changed my style, I think I finally accepted my style. I have been fighting what I thought was cool & acceptable, but in the midst - I was losing myself. If only you knew the person I was in High School...

Yes, we grow up and mature, but our personality is what God gave us. He built us to a tee, specifically and it's amazing how when I look back at photos from 1992, my eclectic style hasn't changed. What I want more than anything is to bring YOU out. The fun girl, the over the top girl, the romantic at heart you -- YOU!!! And I can do that best, by first being myself.

The Bible actually has many passages that tell us what God has to say about our worth and our value in His eyes. Genesis 1:26-27 says we are made in His image, the very image of God. Psalm 139:13-16 says we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and all the days of our lives were written in God’s book before we were ever born, confirming God’s prior knowledge and plan for our lives. Ephesians 1:4 says God chose His children before the foundations of the earth were ever formed, and in Ephesians 1:13-14 we’re told we are God’s own possession, chosen for the praise of His glory, and that we have an inheritance in heaven with Him as His children. (got questions). Until I realized that I truly am made in His image, my work began to suffer and I wasn't able to operate in my full potential.
